Overview

Langtang Gosainkunda Helambu trek which is difficult in nature but gives you a relief when it takes you to the midst of rhododendron forest as well as near the waterfalls. This trek is the combination of three different places to coverage in the same time. The journey begins from Kathmandu to SyabruBensi and all the way to Langtang than heading towards to Gosaikunda&Helambu; region.

The Langtang Valley is residents of legendry Sherpa who shows their extremely cultural traditions. Hindu mythology attributes Gosaikunda as the abode of Hindu deities Lord Shiva and Goddess Gauri. Gosaikunda Lake is made of more than ten lakes including Saraswatikunda, Bhairabkunda & Gosaikunda itself. Helambu village shows you the magnificent view of sunrise and sunsetand the impressive view of mountains if its weather is fine and sunny. Culturally, this Helambu village is famous for the Buddhist study center, as well as for delicious apples.

Since this trek takes place in Langtang National Park, you may spot Red Panda. The main attractions are rhododendron and bamboo forests with an abundance of wildlife, majestic waterfalls flowing over mammoth boulders, a chance to bath in soothing hot springs, magnificent views of the snow covered white giant Langtang Lirung, visiting the holy lakes of Gosainkunda..

Detail Information

  • Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our office representatives at the Airport and transferred to your Hotel. After fresh up, hang around near places. In the evening, there will be briefing by your guide. Overnight Hotel, (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 2: Early in the morning you will drive 7 hours to Syabrubesi (1420 m). (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 3: Trek to Lama Hotel (2470m) 5-6 hours. (Meal: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 4: Trek to Langtang (3541m) 5 hrs (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 5: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3870m) 5-6 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 6: Trek to Tserkori (5184m) 4-5 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 7: Trek to Lama Hotel (2470m) 5-6 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 8: Trek to Thulo Syabru (2200m) 6-7 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 9: Trek to Sing Gompa (3584m) 6-7 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 10: Trek to Gosaikunda (4381m) 6-7 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 11: Visit Lake (4381m). (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 12: Trek to Ghopte (3440m) 5-6 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 13: Trek to Tarkeghyang (2550m) 6-7 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 14: Trek to Kutumsang (2000m) 5-6 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 15: Trek to Chisapani (1700m) 5-6 hours. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 16: Trek to Sundarijal (1500m) 4-5 hours and drive 1 hour to Kathmandu. Overnight Hotel (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
  • Day 17: Final Departure (Breakfast)
