Mr Koirala and two of his tourism colleagues founded One Himalayan Adventures in the year 2017. All THREE of the young tourism professionals, having been worked for decades at some other agencies started their own with a vision to build a company that creates BIG impacts on people's lives. A self-described “adventure junkie” and an MBA graduate, Mr Koirala is a new breed of Super Hero, one who has not lost touch with the little boy inside. He inspires people by his exceptionally-delivered hard work, his insights and his compassion to do good while he does well.
He is someone who really gets the idea that it is important to not only make a profit but make a difference in the lives of others, in a fun – adventurous way! The company has felt Mr Koirala being focused in his thinking and efforts for year(s) and now – on helping One Himalayan Adventures grow as a company that care most about people (clientele), causes, and others (the ecosystem where we do business) as much as we do revenue and profits. As a Co-Founder & Director of Sales/Managing Director/MD of the company, Mr Pun owes the responsibility of the Business Operations Head. He is highly capable of playing with the facts/figures and numbers. Mr Pun believes that every (tourism) product or service or itineraries we sell should become something bigger than a transaction! Hence, he is greatly inclined to the CSR aspect of the organization – calls it the Impact Fund – this way it is not just an offering/donation but seed capital for something bigger and for the change, a positive one. His ideas on reconnecting the company success via business with social progress is admirable – shared value is not social responsibility, philanthropy, or even sustainability, but a new way to achieve economic success – win win win to all. It is not on the margin of what companies do but at the center. Stop Selling! Start Compelling!! – this is what Mr Pun personally believes and motivates us all to stick to this motto.

Mr Sigdel owes the responsibility of the overall management of an organization. He highly focuses on ideas about business relying on providing values in exchange for the consumer’s money – the buyer is not coerced or forced into making a purchase. Sir, Sigdel is tactful enough in convincing us that our company is our canvas if we can bring forward our greatest work that really matters. And our successful example becomes the catalyst for others in our industry & marketplace. Mr Hamal is primarily responsible for developing partner networks and strategic partnerships in the U.S. and Canada. Also, will help in building strong business relationships with clients, closely working together to achieve long-term goals and objectives. This helps us analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability.
Sulav has been tactful enough in managing existing global partnerships in addition to securing and launching the new global partnerships. He also is developing and managing partner agreements and information collection networks.
Miss Hamal in coordination with Mr Sulav, is primarily responsible for developing partner networks and strategic partnerships in the U.S. and Canada. Also, will help in building strong business relationships with clients, closely working together to achieve long-term goals and objectives. Their combined efforts have greatly helped us analyze current industry trends to identify business opportunities that have ultimately generated revenue resources and profitability.
An MBA graduate from Tribhuvan University, Mr Arjun Regmi is our VP of Worldwide Marketing and has joined us as one of our youngest founding members in a Team. Mr Regmi, who is passionate about promoting company products and is the one responsible for the copy-writing within the company; he has been successfully doing his job of Marketing/Promotions (Domestic as well as International). Our company is continuously achieving its highest promotional goal(s) under his foresightedness! He is excellent at his copy-writing skills! And company's Ads contents are normally finalized at his end!

Mrs Regmi (Lamsal) is the company’s Co-Founder/Director of Worldwide Marketing and has joined us since the inception of the company in a Team. Mrs Prabidha, closely inspects the overall task of Mr Arjun Regmi whom are passionate about promoting company products and are the ones responsible for the copy-writing within the company. She has successfully exhibited the company at the major international platforms!

Mr Pradeep joined the company since its inception in 2020 as an Assistant Manager. Later, as recognition from the company for his better performance and amazing people's network, upgraded to a more responsible post of Corporate Business Manager (CBM). Mr Dhakal has helped the organization grow rapidly in terms of its customer base and PR. He takes care of the overall HR of the business house including the revenue generation(s).
Mr Hamal is one of our founding members of the Team One Himalayan Adventures. He has started his career as a struggling young and energetic 'Assistant Tour Guide' at several tourism entities in Thamel, Kathmandu; worked very hard to establish himself as a Tour Director (TD) of the company. Mr Hamal performs extraordinarily at work place and has the ability to work under-pressure environments. He is responsible for providing a safe and unforgettable NEPAL experience to our valued clients – Domestic as well as International. He has an amazing quality of completely enjoying with new people and exploring new places; passionate about sharing his knowledge & experiences and his unrelenting pursuit of lifelong learning among guests/clients or potential customers!
Mrs Pushpa Regmi joined us from the beginning of our journey as an entrepreneur. She has been accomplishing the tasks of taking care of the sales aspects of the venture including the preparation of the final accounts among vital money decisions. Mrs Regmi is tactical enough in preparing all the financial accounts of the company ultimately assisting our Chartered Accountant finally approving the same. She is playing a key role in organization's success! She is the one who plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization. Mrs Pushpa is amazingly meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. On top of all these, Pushpa is responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with the clients. Importantly, she maintains the necessary data and records of the company for future reference – makes us readily available them as and when required! Mrs Regmi too has exhibited the company at few of the international travel/tourism marts/shows based on her exceptional content-delivering quality!
Mr Narayan P Regmi is an MBS graduate from one of the reputed universities of Nepal – Tribhuvan University. The company has assigned Mr Regmi with a more responsible senior executive post since the beginning of the operations of the company – Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is responsible for managing the financial actions of a company; tracking cash flows and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions, if need persists. He is tactful enough in handling all of the organization’s financial transactions/needs and is smart playing with the numbers and overseeing taxation issues for the company.
Miss Adhikari is primarily responsible for the execution of the sales strategy of selling short-term bookings – flights or accommodations/stays or other activities of the potential guests/clients/customers/agents. She has been offered with more responsible duties of responding to guests' queries made via e-mail, through the website or via a phone call. Also, we are happy for her outstanding communication skills! She has been giving them quotes for relevant services as required to close the sales in addition to chasing guests for the executing of the payments for which the service was taken.
We are very glad that Miss Adhikari took duties so sincerely that we are always confident at her abilities of verifying the bookings already in the system in order to detect potential input mistakes or miscommunications. Miss Adhikari not only handles the retail portion of selling the tickets but also deals with planning schedules for customers and helping them reach their destination via the best route and at the lowest cost – she has a very good knowledge of the schedules; travel times/transits; connections and layovers! She even knows well how to re-schedule the travel plans and gets them to their destinations as quickly as possible who missed their flight(s)! Overall, she handles the reservations & ticketing needs of the clientele.
