Overview

AmaDablam is a small snowcapped peak of 6812m lying in the Everest region. Itis one of the world’s most impressive mountain peaks standing at the center of the Khumbu valley. It is a steep pyramid of ice with vertical walls and sharp, exposed ridges .AmaDablam Expedition is really challenging. The climbing on the route involves pure rock climbing on exquisite granite followed by mixed snow and rock climbing.

This expedition offers you the most superb, technical climbing experience in the Himalayas .Mt.AmaDablam could provide lasting impression on you as it is perhaps the most stunning mountain along the popular trekking route to Everest Base Camp as well as it grants you such vistas of Himalayas of Mt. Since its first ascent in 1961 by an Anglo-American-New Zealand team, it has been climbed frequently and by many different routes.

You can take our AmaDablam Expedition as a training program for your Everest or any 8000 meters peaks expedition. There will be highly experienced guide and local people for making your expedition comfortable.

Detail Information

  • Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be welcomed by our office representatives at the Airport and transferred to your Hotel. After fresh up, hang around near places. In the evening, there will be briefing by your guide. Overnight at hotel. (Meals: Welcome Drinks)
  • Day 2: Rest and preparation for destination (Meals: Breakfast)
  • Day 3: Kathmandu to Lukla 2800m. and trek to Phakding(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3440m.(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)e
  • Day 5: Acclimatization. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 6: Namche to Thyanboche – 3800m.(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 7: Thyanboche to Dingboche 4400m. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 8: Dingboche to Island Peak BC 4970m.(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 9: Island Peak high Camp 5600m. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 10: Summit 6089m. Island peak & back to Chukkung 4730m.(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 11: Chukkung to Ama Dablam Base 4600m. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 12 - 25: Climbing duration for Ama Dablam. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 26: Back to Namche Bazar. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 27: Namche to Lukla. (Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)
  • Day 28: Back to Kathmandu. (Meals: Breakfast & Lunch)
  • Day 29: Final Departure
